Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy:

Thank you for your purchase, and we hope that you are very happy with your decision. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund within THIRTY (30) days from the purchase date or request an Exchange within TEN (10) days of the purchase date. Please see below for more information on our return, exchange, and refund policies.
Return Policy:
To return an item, please email customer service within THIRTY (30) days of the purchase date at info@perfecthandsgolf.com to initiate the Return claim. Once received, a member of our team will respond within TEN (10) business days to understand the nature surrounding the return. This is not designed to prevent the customer from being able to return the product as the goal is to enhance the customer experience and determine if there is something that the customer may or not be doing during the initial setup process or during the recommended training process that would result in the customer not receiving the maximum results that the customer was expecting to receiving. The vast majority of the time when a customer requests a return it is due to something the customer overlooked which led to the disappointment in the product, and by discussing the reason for the return, we are able to uncover the mistake and guide the customer properly, which then leads to the customer having a great experience and keeping the product.
However, in the unlikely event that it is determined that the customer is setup correctly and training properly the customer will receive a separate email notification with a link to a Pre-Paid Return Shipping label that the customer will be able to click and print off the Pre-Paid Return Shipping Label. The Customer will then place the product into a proper shipping package to prevent damage during transport, adhere the Pre-Paid Return Shipping Label to the outside of the sealed package, and then drop off the package at the shipping courier facility that is shown on the Return Shipping Label.
The customer must ship the package back to Perfect Hands Golf within SEVEN (7) days of when the shipping label was emailed to the customer, or Perfect Hands Golf Must receive the package within THIRTY (30) days from the date of purchase (which is verified by the paid tracking number by Perfect Hands Golf). Failure to do so will result in the customer forfeiting their eligibility to return their product, and any/all refunds that would have been reimbursed.

Exchange Policy:
Perfect Hands Golf has taken certain measures during the size selection process to ensure that the customer receives the correct sizes the first time. This includes 1., communicating to customers with a red, pulsing message at the beginning of the selection process that the PHG glove sizes may be different than the customer's normal golf glove sizes and because of this, the customer needs to actually measure the customer's hands circumference and length in Centimeters, and then select the size that best matches the customer's specific hand measurements; 2., Communicating to the customer's that if the customer's measurements fall in between two (2) of the PHG glove sizing option, then it is recommended that the customer selects the larger of the two (2) PHG Glove sizes to avoid getting a glove that is to small; and 3., Having the customer acknowledge that the customer did in fact measure the length and circumference of the customer's hand in Centimeters prior to selecting the PHG Glove that best matches the Customer's measurements by having the customer check a box confirming that the customer did in fact measure the customer's hand dimensions correctly before the customer is allowed to proceed to checkout and finalize their order. Once the customer checks the box confirming that the did measure the customers hand per the provided instructions, then it is understood that the customer selected the correct PHG sizes, and those selected sizes will be shipped out to the customer. Also, the glove sizes shown on the website are purposely 0.3 centimeters smaller than they actually are, so that it would be impossible for a customer to receive a glove size that is too small if the customer actually measured the customers hand prior to selecting the correct PHG Glove size.
Because of the actions necessary to select all the sizes prior to shipping, if a customer needs to exchange any portion of any PHG Product for a different size, Perfect Hands Golf will gladly cover the Shipping fee for the return of the incorrect size, but the customer will be required to pay for the additional shipping fee for the exchange of the correct size. To exchange an item, please email customer service within TEN (10) days of the purchase date at info@perfecthandsgolf.com to initiate the exchange claim. Once received, a member of our team will respond within TEN (10) business days with instructions on how to properly send the product back. All exchange shipping fees will be sent to the customer for payment via email with a direct link to finalize the payment, and the customer will be required to be complete the payment prior to the exchange process beginning. Once paid, the customer will receive a separate email notification with a link to a Pre-Paid Return Shipping label that the customer will be able to click and print off the Pre-Paid Shipping Label. The Customer will then package the incorrect product sizes into a proper shipping package to prevent damage during transport, adhere the Pre-Paid Return Shipping Label to the outside of the sealed package, and then drop off the package at the shipping courier facility that is shown on the Return Shipping Label.
The customer must ship the package back to Perfect Hands Golf within SEVEN (7) days of when the shipping label was emailed to the customer, or Perfect Hands Golf Must receive the package within THIRTY (30) days from the date of purchase (which is verified by the paid tracking number by Perfect Hands Golf). Upon Perfect Hands Golf receiving the Exchange Package, Perfect Hands Golf staff will inspect the product within SEVEN (7) business days for any damages due to misuse and if it is determined that the product has not been damaged, then Perfect Hands Golf will send the selected exchange product sizes to the customer within THREE (3) Business Days. If it is determined that the product was damaged due to misuse, then the customer will be required to pay for the damaged portion of the product prior to the exchanged items being sent to them. If this occurs, then a new invoice will be sent to the customer for payment via email with a direct link to finalize the payment. Once paid, the customer will receive a separate email notification for tracking the shipment of the exchanged product. Failure to make the payment within THIRTY (30) days of the customer receiving the invoice via email for the damaged product will result in the original order being outside of the THIRTY (30) day window to request a return, and the customer agreeing to forfeit the customer's rights to be able to exchange the incorrect product in the future. This will result in the customer's original order being shipped back to the customer immediately.

Refund Policy:
Upon Perfect Hands Golf receiving the Return Package, Perfect Hands Golf staff will inspect the product within SEVEN (7) business days for any damages due to misuse and if it is determined that the product has not been damaged, then Perfect Hands Golf will process the return and issue a full product refund (Minus any shipping fees) to the method of payment the Customer used during the initial ordering process. If it is determined that the product was damaged due to misuse, the customer will be required to pay for the damaged portion of the product, and the total refund amount will be reduced accordingly to account for the price of the damaged product.
